NReporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

NExperience 7–12 years

nQualification CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred

NBuild the financial intelligence and control system that helps management run the business.

NRole Purpose

nOwn financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, providing the CFO and leadership team with reliable financial information, insights and forward-looking analysis for decision-making.

NKey Responsibilities

- Drive accurate and timely monthly financial closure and management reporting.
N
- Ensure integrity of P, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
N
- Manage key GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI and other applicable compliances.
N
- Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
N
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting and rolling forecasts.
N
- Prepare Actual vs Budget vs Forecast analysis and explain key business variances.
N
- Develop profitability and KPI reporting across Cyfuture's major business verticals.
N
- Build Base / Best / Downside scenarios for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and funding requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering P, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, capex and debt.
N
- Support the CFO in fundraising, lender/investor reporting, financial due diligence and valuation analysis.

- Prepare Board, Investorand Management MIS.

- Partner with business teams to translate financial performance into actionable business insights.

nIdeal Candidate

NA strong FP / controllership professional with experience across accounting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, preferably from IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre or other high-growth businesses. The ideal candidate should be analytical, commercially oriented and capable of moving beyond reporting numbers to explaining what the numbers mean for the business.
