- Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and guidelines.

- Align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

nInfrastructure Security:

- Manage Intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

- Ensure secure configuration of Servers, Networks, and Cloud environments.
N

nMonitoring & Incident Response:

- Monitor security alerts and logs for suspicious activities.

- Lead Mitigation Activities for cyber alerts
N
- Lead investigations andremediation of security incidents.

nRisk Management:

- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain incident response plans.

- Oversee Log Review for Firewall, EDR & Other Appliances.

- Maintain Cyber SecurityPosture based on CIS Benchmarking

nCompliance & Audits:

- Ensure compliancewith ISO 27001, DPDP, and other relevant standards.

- Coordinate internal andexternal security audits.

nCyber Security Awareness / Innovation

- Manage and mentorIT Infrastructure Team members for Cybersecurity topics

- Conduct security awareness programs for employees
