Duties And Responsibilities

1- Collections

- Drive desired efficiency on Collection / persistency to support vertical’s P&L;
- Engage with both TB &
- Field teams to drive collections calling & visits ( On Roll &
- Off Roll )
- Create easy dashboards to sensitize teams on collections waterfall, through constant dashboards everyday
- Ensure team guidance for driving DRR and Shortfall coverages
- Customer services –
- Ensure real time customer query/escalation closure with effective coordination with all stakeholder (Ops/IT/Analytics/ Partner Etc)
- Daily Con-call with teams across the country (Both TB &
- Field)
- Guide team in data analysis of high/ avg / low performers, engage with managers &
- Individual Contributors to drive on expectations and drop coverages
- Analyse trend of bounce and suggest &
- Drive betterment on Bounce/Cancellations trend
- Generate ideas and provide suggestions for improving Collections effectiveness and efficiency
- Capability build, APP,



System ETC – for effective collections activities
- Team Manager - manage a team of off roll & on roll staff
- Subject matter expert in insurance product &
- Collections process
- Work in synergies with business planning on change management (product process changes etc.), top line/bottom line, cancellation & collection control
- Cancellations Control –
- Ensure onus on cancellations minimization
- Ensure optimum efficiency on Penal income

Required Qualifications And Experience

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Education qualification: MBA Marketing &
- Sales
- Should have 5-6 years+ of prior experience in relevant roles, preferably in financial services
- Must possess positive Insurance Product, analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to understand and identify patterns for projections on CE%
- Should be able to apply business sense on tele Sales &
- Insurance Field verticals
- Be familiar with Insurance products (Group / Retail Products)
