About the Company

Uma Polymers Limited is a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, committed to delivering quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented Manager level role to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other financial reports.

 Generate, analyze, and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and business performance reports for senior management.

 Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger scrutiny, and Bank Reconciliation Statements.

 Monitor and reconcile branch expenses and ensure accuracy of accounting records.

 Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

 Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

 Coordinate with auditors, banks,



and internal stakeholders for finance-related matters.

 Identify process improvement opportunities and implement financial controls for operational efficiency.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Finalization of Accounts, and MIS Reporting.

 Working knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred.

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

 Solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance.

 Experience in manufacturing related industries is essential.
