NRole Description The Manager – Founder's Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the founder in strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives. This position involves conducting market and business research, preparing reports and presentations, and tracking key projects and performance metrics. The manager will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, streamline communication, and ensure timely execution of priorities and action items.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling special projects, creating high-quality business documents, assisting in decision-making through data analysis, and managing calendars, meetings, and follow-ups. The role requires a high level of ownership, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
