What You’ll Own
Analyze workflows across freight, operations, billing & customer service
Identify bottlenecks, process gaps & automation opportunities
Redesign workflows and build scalable processes
Translate business needs into requirements, process maps & user stories
Evaluate TMS, CRM, automation, reporting & AI solutions
Work with engineering, vendors & business stakeholders
Define KPIs and measure transformation impact
Present recommendations directly to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For 7+ years in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, Process Excellence or Operations Transformation
Experience with TMS / ERP / CRM & workflow technologies
Solid process mapping, RCA & requirements gathering skills
Hands-on understanding of Automation, AI & Digital Transformation
Excellent stakeholder management & communication
Comfortable working with US-based teams and leadership
This is NOT a ticket-taking analyst role.
