We are looking for a energetic professional to lead NGO/Foundation operations, finance, compliance, governance and social development initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy & execution of social development programs aligned with SDGs
Drive budgeting, financial planning & resource allocation
Oversee MIS, reporting & stakeholder presentations
Manage legal, audit, statutory & financial compliance
Build relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations & CSR partners
Implement SROI, ESG & SDG frameworks for impact measurement
Improve operational efficiency through technology
Lead,



mentor & develop high-performing teams

? Requirements
B.Com mandatory + LLB/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA
3–5 years in NGO/Trust/Foundation operations
Robust finance, legal compliance, governance & operations knowledge
Hands-on experience with SROI, ESG & SDG frameworks
Strong MIS, reporting, presentation & stakeholder skills
Gujarati & English proficiency mandatory
LLB candidates strongly preferred
Early joiners preferred (Max 60 days)
Solid exposure to legal/statutory matters is essential
