Role & responsibilities

Source OPT/CPT, H4EAD, and H1B transfers.

build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through constant follow-up and support.

Collect needed information and documents required for marketing and take full responsibility till candidates onboard.

Prepare daily activity report and maintain candidates database on daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 5 years of experience in OPT Recruitment

Robust sourcing and screening skills

End-to-end recruitment experience

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced US staffing environment
