Hitting monthly sales target
Responding to all inquiries received and regularly follow up with them
Conducting site visits
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers for referral bookings and channel partners for current sales
Conducting outdoor promotional activities like participating in trade fairs, canopy installation, etc
Key Skills Needed
Should be able to sell honestly and transparently
3+ years of experience in Real Estate/Hospitality/Insurance/Telecom is preferablebut not necessary.
Valuable relationship building skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Mandate Requirement : Should have his/her own conveyance
CTC :
Upto 6 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
