Key Responsibilities
Compensation Solution Design
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
Gather and analyze business requirements for salary planning, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
Configure compensation templates, worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and approval workflows.
Design and implement compensation cycles, planning processes, and reward strategies.
