Mahavastu Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage financial operations, accounting, MIS, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
Prepare and analyse MIS reports, financial statements, and KPIs .
Ensure statutory compliance and effective financial controls.
Monitor budgets, costs, profitability, and working capital.
Provide financial insights to senior management.
Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
Solid finance, accounting, and MIS expertise
Excellent leadership and team-management skills
Advanced MS Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge
Solid analytical and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Reporting To CFO / Head of Finance / Senior Management
