Key Responsibilities

Drive franchise sales growth by acquiring high-quality partners in target geographies.

Identify, pitch, and close potential franchisees through concept selling and consultative sales.

Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

Build a solid sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, events, and referrals.

Understand business models, ROI calculations, and investment justifications to convince prospects.

Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.





Maintain solid post-sale relationships to ensure long-term franchise success.

Track market trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Experience: 10 years in franchise sales and concept selling with a proven closing record.

Strong network and ability to generate leads independently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-obsessed, and ready to work on performance-driven incentives.

Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and high-pressure growth settings.

Prior success in industries like F&B;, Education, Fitness, Retail, or Hospitality preferred.
