We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Automate Developer with hands-on expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Microsoft Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end automation solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Platform.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Build scalable and reusable automation workflows while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and third-party systems.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis of existing automation solutions.
Monitor and optimize automation performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.




Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and deployment guides.
Participate in testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and post-production support.

Requirements
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop and Microsoft Power Platform development.
Robust experience in designing and implementing end-to-end RPA and workflow automation solutions.
Experience with API integrations, connectors, and data migration activities.
Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, and workflow optimization.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team workplace.
Experience with Power Apps and related Microsoft Power Platform components.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Exposure to cloud-based automation solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
