Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily residential construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.
Ensure construction work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality of civil work including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
Check material availability and coordinate site requirements.
Monitor manpower and daily work progress.
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with site safety and quality standards.
