Role & Responsibilities
Drive business development and enterprise sales for Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communication (UC), and Collaboration solutions across strategic accounts.
Identify recent business prospects, generate leads, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Build and grow relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, architects, OEMs, and channel partners.
Sell large-ticket AV projects including boardrooms, meeting rooms, auditoriums, command centres, experience centres, and AV-over-IP solutions.
Cross-sell IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Storage, and Cybersecurity solutions to expand customer engagement.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, manage RFPs/tenders, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Coordinate with pre-sales, design, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, market intelligence, and represent the company in client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, AV System Integration, Unified Communications, or Workplace Technology solutions.
Proven experience in selling Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, Collaboration, and Enterprise Technology solutions.
Robust understanding of AV systems, Unified Communications, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Storage, and Cybersecurity solutions.
Demonstrated success in key account management, solution selling, and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling enterprise customers, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
Willing to travel across India for customer meetings and business development activities.
