Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.

Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Monitor labor productivity and allocate resources efficiently.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Subcontractors for smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.

Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

Assist in resolving in office issues and operational challenges.

Ensure timely completion of assigned activities within project schedules.

Experience 3 - 4 Years Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
