Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect / Lead Engineer to design and lead a centralized Pricing & Decisioning Platform , leveraging up-to-date AI/ML capabilities where applicable to enhance pricing decisions, automation and customer-level pricing.

Key Responsibilities
Design architecture for a centralized Pricing & Decision Engine .
Define AI/ML integration for intelligent pricing, decisioning and optimization use cases.
Design APIs, Microservices and event-driven integrations .
Develop pricing rules, configurations, parameters, workflows and simulations.
Integrate with Core Banking, CRM, Risk, Finance, Treasury and Digital Channels .
Define security, scalability, performance, DR and observability requirements.
Support RFI/RFP, vendor evaluation and make-vs-buy decisions .




Lead engineering teams and ensure high-quality implementation.
Ensure auditability, governance and regulatory traceability .

Key Skills
13+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or Engineering.
Robust Banking / BFSI experience.
Experience with Pricing Engine / Rule Engine / Decision Engine .
Knowledge of AI/ML and AI-enabled decisioning .
Solid Java / Python, Spring Boot / FastAPI .
Microservices, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture .
Cloud / Hybrid architecture, CI/CD and containers.
Architecture design, vendor evaluation and technical leadership.
Knowledge of Deposits, Lending, Cards, Mortgages or Wealth .

Preferred: Experience in banking pricing, AI/ML-based decisioning, product configuration, rule engines or core banking transformation.
