Understand product requirements and develop suitable hardware solutions.

Design and develop Analog, Digital and Mixed-Signal circuits.

/n
Work with firmware/software teams for hardware-software integration.

/n
Perform prototype testing, validation, debugging and troubleshooting.

/n
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

/n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.

/n
Ensure project deliverables meet Time, Cost and Quality requirements.

/n
Support design reviews and guide junior engineers where required.

/n /n Qualifications /n • BE/B.Tech – ECE, EEE, Electronics or equivalent. /n Experience /n • 3–12 years in Electronics Hardware Design & Development, preferably in Defence / Industrial / Rail / Healthcare / Retail Automation / Embedded Electronics.



/n Technical & Process Capabilities /n /n
Hands-on experience in Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal circuit design.

/n
ORCAD schematic/layout and circuit simulation.

/n
Microcontrollers, FPGA, Discrete & Analog I/O.

/n
Communication protocols: SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, RS-232/485, USB, Ethernet.

/n
Knowledge of PCB design, hardware testing and debugging.

/n
Familiarity with DFM, component selection, suppliers and manufacturing processes.

/n
Knowledge of reliability, thermal management and EMI/EMC.

/n
Experience with electronic measurement instruments.

/n
miliarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, JSS 55555, IEC/EN and FCC is desirable.
