Job Summary: The Assistant Manager HR / RHR will own and manage the complete employee lifecycle for West region which includes of 6 branches.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle: workforce planning, requisition creation, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles (permanent and contractor/off-roll if applicable). Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, competency frameworks, and selection criteria.

Track and report recruiting metrics in recruitment tracker (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source mix, quality of hire).



Keeping a hygiene check on the TAT/ ageing of positions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience with recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, payroll/compensation, and offboarding. Expert in Excel and PPT presentations.

Familiarity with local labor laws, statutory filings, and HR compliance best practices.

Prior experience working with HRIS/ATS systems e.g., SAP and payroll systems

Knowledge of payroll processing, salary structure, and perks administration (on-roll and off roll/contract staff if applicable).
