Set up, operate, and optimize SMT production lines for PCB assembly.
Program and optimize Pick & Place machines for different PCB assemblies.
Develop and optimize stencil and solder paste printing parameters.
Monitor and optimize SPI, AOI, reflow oven, and placement processes.

Develop and maintain SMT process parameters and work instructions.
Conduct process capability studies and continuous improvement activities.
Support Recent Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype builds.
Review PCB/assembly data, BOM, Gerber files, component specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
Work with PCB Design/Engineering teams to identify Design for Manufacturability (DFM) issues.
Perform root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, and other problem-solving techniques.
Coordinate with Quality teams to reduce rejection, rework, and process defects

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
