Role & responsibilities To support tendering, manage technical and commercial documentation, coordinate with site and clients, and ensure smooth execution of refractory projects through effective follow-ups and documentation control.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare technical submissions and tender documentation.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications; prepare technical submissions, BOQs, and compile tender documents for timely submission ((Note: Pricing and commercial decisions are handled by the concerned department.)
Coordinate with internal teams (estimation/commercial/procurement) for inputs.
Maintain document control (drawings, revisions, client communications).
Ensure all documentation complies with client and quality requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and site engineers for technical clarifications, submission tracking, and smooth project execution.
Handle site coordination activities including mobilization documentation, tracking requirements, and supporting execution readiness.
Follow up on project payments as per milestones, coordinate invoice submissions,



and maintain records of receivables and payment status.
Manage bank guarantees, including preparation, submission, tracking validity, renewals, and documentation.
Prepare PPT presentations for internal reviews, and project updates.
Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and maintain proper records for audits and quality processes.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Ceramic / Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience (refractory / industrial projects preferred).

Required Skills:
Understanding of refractory materials and project processes.
Knowledge of tender portals and project documentation process.
Basic understanding of commercial documents (invoices, BGs, payment terms).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Solid coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
