Counsel prospective students and parents on suitable courses, career paths, eligibility criteria, and institutional offerings via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
Manage inbound and outbound tele-calling leads, conduct follow-ups from marketing campaigns
Maintain detailed logs of all student interactions, track daily conversion metrics, and report pipeline progress using CRM Tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or an MBA is an advantage.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and local languages, with solid active listening and convincing skills.
Sales Acumen: Goal-oriented mindset with high comfort levels for handling targets, outbound calling quotas, and rejection resilience.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace, alongside familiarity with CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
