1.Production Planning & Execution – Ability to plan, schedule, and execute production activities to meet daily and monthly targets.
Process & Operations Management with man power planning – Solid understanding of production processes, machinery, workflow, and productive utilization of manpower and resources.
Quality Management – Ensure production output meets defined quality standards and coordinate with QC to minimize defects and rework.
Maintaining Daily Reports– Capability to monitor production performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to achieve planned targets and maintaining reports.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to quickly identify operational issues and coordinate with maintenance dept. for preventive and breakdown maintenance .




Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures, production standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
MIS & Reporting Skills – Ability to maintain production records, analyse production data, and prepare daily/monthly production reports.
Continuous Improvement – Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and waste reduction techniques to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
