ServiceNow CLM Developer

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:
Configure and customize ServiceNow CLM workflows for contract creation, negotiation, approval, and renewal.
Develop templates, clause libraries, and automated contract generation logic.
Build custom Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows for contract processes.
Integrate CLM with CPQ, procurement, and legal systems.
Support obligation tracking, alerts, and compliance reporting.
Work with Legal and Procurement stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.

Required Skills
Experience with ServiceNow CLM module and contract management processes.
Robust scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
Familiarity with document generation and e-signature integrations.
Understanding of contract clauses, redlining, and approval workflows.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
