About the Role:HS Grid One Private Limited is building industrial-grade computer vision and automation systems for mission-critical supply chains. Our flagship platform, TrustGrid QC, deploys high-speed automated vision models at factory weighbridges and intake gates to provide instant, objective quality assessment for bulk commodities.

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead / AI-ML Systems Engineer to join our founding core team in Pune. You will own the end-to-end architecture of our multimodal vision pipelines, edge inference deployment, and low-latency API orchestration. If you want to build hardware-software systems that directly impact heavy industrial operations from day zero, this is your arena.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, train, and deploy production-grade computer vision models for object detection, classification, and structural analysis of bulk materials (biomass, grains, minerals, etc.).




Build robust edge-to-cloud pipelines ensuring low-latency inference at industrial plant weighbridges and intake gates.
Design and develop scalable backend APIs and real-time operator dashboards using Python, FastAPI, and up-to-date web frameworks.
Integrate edge camera feeds, industrial sensors, and lighting setups into a unified, reliable software architecture.
Collaborate closely with operations and field teams to test, iterate, and harden the system under harsh industrial site conditions.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience building and deploying production computer vision or deep learning models (PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO, etc.).
Robust software engineering fundamentals in Python, asynchronous programming, and building RESTful APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
Experience with edge computing devices (NVIDIA Jetson, industrial PCs) and handling real-time video streaming protocols (RTSP, WebRTC).
A business-oriented mindset—you care deeply about product-market fit and commercial deployment, not just code.
Based in or ready to work out of Pune/PCMC.
