Key Responsibilities
Site Safety & Inspections: Conduct daily and weekly site inspections to identify fire hazards, unsafe civil structures, and improper material storage.
Subcontractor Management: Review, assess, and approve subcontractor safety and fire prevention plans prior to project execution.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with national building codes, local municipal fire safety laws, and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines.
Emergency Response: Develop, update, and execute comprehensive Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) for structural collapse and fire emergencies.
Training & Drills: Organize regular toolbox talks, safety inductions, and routine fire safety mock drills for site personnel.
Equipment Maintenance: Supervise the installation, routine testing,



and maintenance of in office fire protection infrastructure (e.g., hydrants, extinguishers, alarms).
Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause investigations for any near-misses, fire incidents, or safety breaches, and document corrective action reports

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
