Role & responsibilities

Senior ServiceNow Developer Location: Bangalore (Mandatory) We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with solid technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and experience working closely with Project Managers to deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Build and enhance modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Integrations.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills &





Experience • 7–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
Strong experience in HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday (HR integrations preferred).
Solid JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and integration development skills.
Experience with Agile delivery, Git, and CI/CD practices.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred; CIS-HRSD is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience • Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementation or migration programs.
Exposure to Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Location Requirement: Bangalore – Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
