State MIS Coordinator
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Position: State MIS Coordinator

Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Educational Qualification M.Com Or

CA / CMA Inter Or

MBA – Finance

Experience

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.

Candidates should have experience working at a Senior/Managerial level in MIS or related functions.

Experience in managing large-scale data, MIS reporting, dashboards, and management reporting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee State-level MIS operations and reporting.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance reports.

Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of MIS reports.

Coordinate with various departments and teams for data collection, validation, and consolidation.

Track KPIs, targets, achievements, and performance indicators.





Provide actionable insights to senior management based on data analysis.

Automate and improve existing MIS/reporting processes wherever possible.

Ensure proper data management, documentation, and reporting standards.

Support management in decision-making through accurate and meaningful data analysis.

Required Computer & Technical Skills

Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, dashboards, data analysis, etc.

Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analytics tools.

Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / other data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Strong data handling, analytical, and reporting skills.
