Roles &
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Provide technical guidance in Microsoft .NET, MS SQL, ASP.NET Core and Azure.
Design and implement scalable application architecture and integration solutions.




Lead development teams and provide technical direction, problem-solving and decision-making support.
Design and develop secure, scalable APIs and web services.
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices and quality processes.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks and technical deliverables.
Communicate project progress, risks and technical decisions to stakeholders.
Collaborate with AI/LLM teams on context-aware data pipelines and RAG-based solutions.
Support deployment and monitoring of LLM-powered applications.

Valuable to Have
Experience with LLM-driven architecture and GenAI product integration
Exposure to LangChain, RAG pipelines or embedding-based search
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts
Experience handling end-to-end projects
