What you will do
Backend Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python, ensuring performant and productive systems.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of highly motivated developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.

What you will bring
Bachelors / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. “All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”
min 12 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python.
Proficiency in Python & Django/Rest API/FLASK/FAST API.
Experience with Micro Servies architecture.




Robust understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Python).
Experience with Data Scrubbing and ML Libraries – Pandas, NumPy.
Kubernetes and cloud computing – AWS/Azure/GCP.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and automated testing.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Databases – MySQL, NoSQL.
Exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation.
Knowledge about end-to-end tests using Robot framework and wire-mock.
Write unit tests first before implementing features to ensure the functionality is well-defined and testable.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
