Role & responsibilities :
Strategic Bid Management
Lead the end-to-end bidding process for complex civil works, including highways, earthworks, drainage systems, and structural concrete (bridges/flyovers).
Submission Leadership & PQR Compliance
PQR Management: Take ownership of the Pre-Qualification Requirements (PQR). Carefully evaluate company credentials against tender mandates to ensure 100% eligibility.
IREPS Expertise: Masterfully navigate the IREPS portal and other government e-tendering platforms for document uploading, EMD submissions, and technical query management.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all tender documentationfrom technical bid forms to bank guarantees—is error-free, authenticated, and submitted well before deadlines.
