Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
Define solution architecture, integrations, data models, workflows, and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams.
Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
Ensure best practices around ServiceNow configuration, customization, security, performance, and upgrades.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects.
Review technical designs, code, and implementations to ensure quality and maintainability.

Required Skills

with solid experience in solution/technical architecture.
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SPM.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, and ServiceNow integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, custom applications, workflows, and performance optimization.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or CIS certification preferred.
