Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, ATS, referrals, and Boolean searches.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and rate expectations.
Experience with W2, C2C, 1099 and USC, GC, H-1B, EAD, OPT/CPT profiles.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
Solid understanding of IT technologies and US staffing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, sourcing, and candidate-management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace and manage multiple requirements.
