Position: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: 100% Remote (Tamilnadu Candidates are Preferred)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment , including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
Lead and mentor recruiters while managing daily recruitment activities and team performance.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter , including sourcing, Boolean searches, and job postings.
Solid experience with X-Ray Search and alternative candidate sourcing methods.
Hands-on experience with CEIPAL, JobDiva , and other ATS platforms.
Robust expertise in resume screening and visa/work authorization screening .




Valuable understanding of US staffing tax terms — C2C, W2, and 1099 .
Build, maintain, and regularly update a candidate database and talent pipeline .
Conduct team/recruitment meetings and coordinate technical and client interviews.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Monitor recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and placements to achieve team targets.
Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills .
