Role & responsibilities:
Design end-to-end journeys across banking, FX, cards, investments and cross-border financial workflows
Simplify complex processes such as onboarding, KYC, account opening, money movement and financial decision-making
Turn customer problems and research into intuitive product experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity product designs
Build and evolve Unbordereds design system across mobile and web
Work closely with product and engineering from concept through launch
Test ideas quickly with customers and use feedback to improve the product
Help define the visual and interaction language of Unbordered as the product evolves

Preferred candidate profile:
Over 5 years of experience in product, UX or interaction design
A strong portfolio showing real products you have taken from problem to shipped experience
Excellent understanding of user journeys, information architecture and interaction design
Strong visual design and attention to detail
Proficiency with Sketch, Figma and modern prototyping tools
Ability to simplify complex workflows without losing important information




Comfortable working in an early-stage setting where problems may initially be loosely defined
Solid product judgment and willingness to challenge assumptions
Experience in fintech, consumer internet, banking or other trust-heavy products is valuable, but not mandatory
