ServiceNow SOMT Developer

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:

ServiceNow SOMT
Configure and customize Service Order Management workflows for order decomposition, orchestration, and fulfilment.
Build and maintain order plans, task orchestration, and integration with network/inventory systems.
Develop custom Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows for order processing.
Integrate SOMT with CPQ, CLM, billing, and OSS/BSS systems.
Troubleshoot order fallout, exceptions, and performance issues.
Collaborate with Product, Network Operations, and Telecom domain teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.





Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Order Management (SOM), especially in Telecommunications (SOMT) context.
Robust knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Understanding of telecom order lifecycle, product/service decomposition, and fulfillment orchestration.
Experience integrating with OSS/BSS, network inventory, and provisioning systems.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) industry solutions.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
