Position: Store Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials.
Maintain proper arrangement and identification of stock in the store.
Issue materials against authorized material requisitions/issue slips.
Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
Support physical stock counting and stock verification.
Assist the Store Executive in maintaining minimum stock levels.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, and Accounts departments as required.
Update stock records in SAP/ERP and Excel.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store In-charge.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the store.
Support documentation such as GRN, material issue slips,



and stock reports.

Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in Store/Warehouse operations; freshers can also apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle physical materials.
Knowledge of electrical materials will be an added advantage.
