Role Description The Store Assistant is a full time, in office role based in Bhiwandi, supporting daily store operations for Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room. This role includes assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, maintaining product displays and inventory, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.

The Store





Assistant will handle billing and cash transactions, help manage stock movement, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and timely replenishment. The role also involves supporting promotional activities, learning product details to guide customers effectively, and following all company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills and basic Organization Skills to manage transactions, stock, and store layout efficiently.
Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support onboarding of new team members and share best practices.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail, hospitality, or food service, with familiarity in POS systems and cash handling.
Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, willingness to work flexible hours, and a positive, qualified attitude.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; an interest in food, beverages, and guest experience will be considered an advantage.
