a)Load CNC programs, adjust offsets (G-code), and optimize feeds and speeds for efficiency.
b)Install and calibrate fixtures, vices, and cutting tools according to blueprints and technical drawings.
c)Perform first-article inspection to ensure parts meet tolerance levels, using tools like micrometers and vernier calipers.
d)Identify, diagnose, and fix tool wear, programming errors, or mechanical issues.
Perform daily maintenance, such as lubrication and cleaning.
e) Oversee machine operation to ensure safety and adherence to production schedules.
f) Robust understanding of CNC machinery (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.), G-code, and tool selection.
g)Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documents.
h) To implement & maintain the documentation as per requirements of IATF 16949:2016.
i)Expertise in using precision measuring instruments.
j)Solid troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
