What you’ll do:
Build and execute end-to-end growth strategies for diverse client industries across social and search.
Guide and collaborate with our video and photo production team to conceptualize high-converting visual assets, mood boards, and shoot briefs.
Guide and collaborate with our SEO team to align keyword strategies and organic search growth with overall brand campaigns.
Run, optimize, and scale performance ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads/Snapchat/Youtube) focused on ROI.
Track cross-channel analytics and drive measurable client growth.
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years of agency or hands-on growth marketing experience.
Proven track record in organic brand building, paid ads, content direction, and cross-functional team collaboration.
The ability to juggle multiple industries and turn strategies into action.
