Job Purpose To support and learn various HR generalist functions across the organization while assisting the HR team in day-to-day people management, employee engagement, recruitment, HR operations, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee records, HR documentation, and other employee-related processes.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, induction programs, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment requirements by coordinating with Branch Heads and Department Heads.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR activities, events, and internal communication programs.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and provide necessary coordination between employees and the HR team.
- Support performance management activities including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal processes, and related documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs,



attendance validation, employee data updates, and coordination with relevant departments for payroll processing.
- Support statutory compliance and HR audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and other management reports as required.
- Support employee transfers, promotions, confirmations, separations, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with different branches and departments for effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR records.
- Develop practical knowledge of HR generalist functions with exposure to the HR operations of an automobile dealership environment.

Qualification:

MBA/MHRM is mandatory

0-2 years experience preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
