Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Fresh graduates with a strong interest in US IT Recruitment process and Digital Platform. Candidates with good academic qualifications and strong communication skills will be preferred.
Basic understanding of Recruitment Digital Platform and Social Media Valuable knowledge of AI Platform for research MS Office / Google Workspace Good research, analytical, and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently as well as in a team Willingness to work in the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM night shift
