Role Description The Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kanas.

The Maintenance

Technician will perform routine and scheduled maintenance on industrial equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, and carrying out repairs and adjustments. The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance plans, documenting maintenance activities,



and coordinating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Technician will follow all safety procedures, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting capabilities for mechanical and electrical issues.
- Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for industrial machinery and related systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic tools and test equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
