Role Description This is a part-time Life Insurance Agent role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home.

The Life Insurance

Agent will identify prospective clients, explain LIC’s insurance and investment products, and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs and financial goals. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and assisting with policy applications and documentation. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, answering queries, supporting claims-related processes,



and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals. The agent will work closely with LIC branch staff, adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, and participate in training and development programs to stay updated on products and industry practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively present, explain, and match products to customer needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to understand financial planning, product suitability, and basic investment concepts.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships, manage queries, and provide ongoing support.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools for managing leads, documentation, and remote communication.
- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and complete LIC training is essential.
- Minimum education at higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, or related fields is beneficial.
