- Experience in leading academic programs, faculty teams, research initiatives, and institutional development

- Demonstrated ability tobuild research culture, industry collaborations and academic partnerships

- Strong understanding ofemerging areas in CSE and the evolving higher-education landscape

- Drive excellence in teaching, curriculum development, accreditation, ranking and academic outcomes

- Build collaborations with industry, universities, research organizations, and international institutions
