This is a post-implementation, run-and-improve role — you will own the platform ensuring reliable platform uptime & keeps delivering value across Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Procurement ? Key Responsibilities Leadership & Platform Sustenance - Own end-to-end sustenance of the o9 platform across Demand, Procurement, and Supply Planning modules.

- Lead the team on break fix /incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance;

drive governance, SLAs,and monitoring. Enhancement & Continuous Improvement - Gather, prioritize, and deliver enhancement requests — configuration changes, new workflows, and model improvements.

- Improve/Optimize planning logic,



workflows and reports & dashboards to strengthen adoption and value extraction in conjunction with Business & Excellence Teams Technical & Functional Ownership - Write and manage IBPL scripts, calculated measures, business rules, and solver configurations;

Troubleshoot solver issues and platform issues.

- Build /Oversee o9– SAP/other digital solutions integration for technical performance, security, and batch orchestration..

What we are looking for - 8-12 years of Strong hands-on expertise in o9 Modeler, Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG), data model, workflows, IBPL scripting and solver configuration.

- Working knowledge of SQL/Python;
