We're looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team in developing cutting-edge software solutions for commercial projects. You'll work within a rapid-paced Agile workplace alongside Developers, Testers, and Product Owners taking ownership of features from design through delivery, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the team's technical direction.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop software solutions hands-on within a self-organising, cross-functional Agile team.
Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and user story estimation.
Break down user stories (technical and functional) into clear coding tasks.
Translate designs into working, reliable solutions.
Proactively help resolve production issues and contribute to release management.
Mentor and coach junior/mid-level team members.




Stay aware of industry standards and emerging shifts in technology.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients where applicable.
Build deep expertise in specific technologies and take ownership of a specialist area.
Act as a go-to expert within your specialism and contribute to technical strategy.
