JOB SCOPE: Plan and manage all site operations in close cooperation with PM, Installation Engineering and Design activities, ensuring integration on field and installation of the complete System.

Responsibilities
Manage the installation and commissioning of the Kavach system in locomotives.
Coordinate with the customer to ensure timely allocation of locomotives for installation, complete PCCL works, and hand over to the customer within the agreed timeframe.
Engage in the technical aspects of Kavach installation and commissioning, demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions to ensure successful job completion.
Management and organization of site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access and tools
Delivering and maintaining of plans, procedures, Work Method Statements for Installation and Test & Commissioning Plans




Management of Installation Works for all Sub-Systems and System equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, prospects, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces
Management of Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits, inspections and assessments

QUALIFICATIONS &

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Graduate in B.Tech/Diploma(EEE/ECE)
At least 6 years of experience in field work execution in the Locomotives
Solid decision making and analytical abilities
Experience in management and evaluation of subcontractors
Solid planning & Reporting skills
