Role Description The Social Media Intern role is an on-site internship based in Thane. The intern will support the social media team by creating and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Daily tasks include drafting posts, assisting with content calendars, monitoring engagement and trends, and helping optimize campaigns for reach and interaction. The role also involves basic research on target audiences, competitors,



and industry topics, as well as coordinating with designers and writers to ensure brand-consistent visuals and copy. The intern will contribute to reporting on campaign performance and learn best practices in digital marketing and social media strategy.

Qualifications
Ability to create engaging social media content, including captions, short-form copy, and basic visual concepts.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and an understanding of trends and audience behavior.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversion metrics.
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English and attention to detail for proofreading and editing posts.
Comfort with using social media scheduling or analytics tools; ability to learn new tools quickly.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
Creative mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an in office team setting.
