GA Infra is hiring Supervisors for a large-scale MCD road-cleaning project in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan routes and deploy electric road-sweeping machines.
Supervise operators/helpers and machine utilisation.
Coordinate breakdowns, replacements and route diversions.
Physically inspect completed routes and arrange re-sweeping if required.
Handle field complaints and maintain daily deployment/MIS records.
Escalate critical operational issues to the Project Coordinator.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2–6 years’ experience in field supervision, fleet/machine operations or infrastructure/municipal services.
Experience managing operators/drivers/helpers.
Positive Hindi and working English.
Comfortable with outdoor work and rotational day/night shifts.
EV experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.
